Easy assembly, no extra tool needed, everything is included. Assembly instruction is easy to follow, nothing scientific.The chair itself is soft, all basic adjustments work fine, the height of seat stays as you adjust it. The base of chair is somewhat compact which I like, my previous chair needed much larger "footprint area" thus was more difficult to move around. This one moves very easily. Sitting in the chair is comfortable, it's nicely padded. I own this chair about one month, spend daily hours on computer, but never felt any discomfort caused by the chair. This was good and very affordable purchase.

I purchased this chair after returning an all mesh chair. This chair fits my needs perfectly. It's adjustable, which I love; and provides excellent low-back support, which is a necessity for me since I spend long hours at the computer.
The soft leather makes it very comfortable all the way around, so needless to say, I love it!
